Not much guessing here... With the British Invasion starting in the 60's, the inspiration of the Beatles was out of control (in a good way)! It led straight into these fabulous Acrylics that garner so many household names. Patrick Carney was commissioned by quite a few of these famous musicians (back in the day) to paint them for their home or office.
